10 Reasons Why You Shouldn’t Miss the animago 2017
For all VFX and CG enthusiasts, this year’s animago on 7th and 8th September 2017 at the Gasteig Centre in Munich is a must-attend event. You have to be there! Why? Well, while the Oscars are for actors, we’re more interested in honouring the artists who facilitate those great acting performances with their indispensable behind-the-scenes CG and VFX work. Here are ten more reasons why a visit to the animago is absolutely worth it.
1.) Write CG History
The animago honours outstanding CG artists from all over the world. The best submissions are shown in full length. Glory and honour aplenty, with you right in the middle of it.
2.) “Wonder Woman” in Munich
Pixar, Weta Digital, Framestore, MPC – Hollywood’s CG stars will converge on Munich to present their work on “Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar’s Revenge”, “Guardians of the Galaxy 2” and “Wonder Woman”.
